We are proud to partner with Tickets for Kids Charities to bring even more joy, opportunity, and unforgettable experiences to children and adults with disabilities in our community. Through this collaboration, our athletes and their families receive access to donated tickets for sporting events, concerts, museums, and family attractions throughout the region ensuring everyone can experience the excitement and connection that these special moments bring.

At Casey’s Clubhouse, we believe that every individual deserves to feel included, valued, and celebrated both on and off the field. Thanks to Tickets for Kids, our families continue to build memories together beyond the ballpark, reinforcing what makes our community so special.

Rules and regulations

1. Casey's Clubhouse will post on SportsYou ticket opportunities in and around the Pittsburgh area which could include sporting events, concerts, theatre, STEM programs, museums, etc.

2. With each post, comes different requirements. Before signing up for a chance at tickets, make sure to read all the instructions posted for the event.

3. Signing up for tickets does not guarantee you'll get them. After the registration period for an event closes with Casey's Clubhouse, we then request the amount of tickets needed. We will then give out the tickets based on what Tickets for Kids grants us. EXAMPLE: We may have 100 tickets requested, but Tickets for Kids only grants us 60. The first 60 on the list will get to go to the event.

4. A Casey's Clubhouse athlete MUST be included in the ticket request. Example: Mom and Dad can't request 2 tickets to the Penguins game and get a babysitter. If only two tickets are available, a Casey's Clubhouse athlete and one chaperone/parent can attend. If more than 2 tickets are available, that family can request for 3 tickets. Each event will have a maximum amount of tickets aloud to request.

5. After each event, we do need to submit a report to Tickets for Kids. Any family that attends an event through our Partnership with Tickets for Kids will be required to share their experience with us within 48 hours after the event. This can be a simple email with a picture sharing a success story from the experience. NOTE: We aren't looking for an event review (the Steelers came back and won the game on a last second FG, it was amazing!). We are looking for how getting tickets to the event impacted your athlete and family.

6. ALL TICKETS REQUESTED MUST BE USED AND USED PROPERLY! This is a big one. If you sign up to attend the event, you must do everything in your power to attend the event. Unused tickets or tickets that are used for reasons other than listed below, could result in Casey's Clubhouse losing this relationship. Tickets for Kids receives scan reports from the venue which tells them if a tickets was used or not. TICKETS RULES: a) Tickets must be used by Casey's Clubhouse families and not distributed to other groups. Parents, siblings, grandparents, guardians, and other caring adults are welcome to join your Casey's Clubhouse member athlete. b) Tickets are supposed to benefit our Clubhouse athletes. We can't request tickets for an event solely composed of adults or volunteers. c) Tickets can't be put up for resale or used in an auction to raise money. If this happens, it is grounds for Casey's Clubhouse immediate removal from their program.

7. Unless otherwise noted on the event post, all transportation and parking and fees associated with them would be the requirement of the person(s) requesting the tickets.

8. Do not reach out to Tickets for Kids or Casey's Clubhouse to request or ask if we can get tickets to a certain event. What Casey's Clubhouse sends out is what we possibly have access too.
