FAQs
Are tickets available at the door?
No. This event will sell out. You should buy your ticket now!
Is there parking at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center?
Yes! The Convention Center has their own covered garage with plenty of space. It will be $15 per vehicle. We also recommend using public transportation, ride share apps, or car pooling. There is no reserved parking.
If I can't eat anything on the menu, can I bring in my own food?
No. The menu will be posted on the website prior to the event. We will typically have some gluten free options, but check with the servers if you have severe allergies.
Is it a BYOB event?
Unlike events at the fire hall, this will not be a BYOB event. The bar will be operated by the convention center and take credit/debit card for purchase.
If I don't want to bid on stuff, are there other ways to contribute to the charity?
Yes, the section on the Handbid App has numerous ways you can support our cause from sponsoring athletes to buying equipment. You can also bring cash to participate in the raffles and drawings on site.
What should I wear?
Either dress to impress or dress the theme.
Is there an age limit to the event?
Yes, all ticket buyers must be 18+ years old.
