THE BASH IS BACK! a Season of Growth for Casey's Clubhouse

Sean Casey's Clubhouse Bash moves to Pittsburgh's David L. Lawrence Convention Center on February 20, 2027. Tickets are on sale NOW!
PITTSBURGH, PA. We've officially outgrown the fire halls of the South Hills, and we're ready for something BIGGER! On Saturday, February 20, 2027, Casey's Clubhouse will take its largest annual fundraiser to an entirely new level as Sean Casey's Clubhouse Bash moves to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh!
New venue. New entertainment. New experiences. More guests. And one incredible mission bringing everyone together.
After more than 15 years of unforgettable celebrations, we're returning to a name that longtime supporters will certainly recognize.
THE BASH IS BACK!
And this time, we're doing things a little differently. With tickets officially on sale and sponsorship opportunities now available, we're inviting Pittsburgh to join us for an incredible evening of entertainment, laughter, music, auctions, and celebration.
But this year's Bash represents something even bigger than a great party.
It represents a Season of Growth for Casey's Clubhouse.
A Season of Growth: Bigger Than Just One Night
For more than a decade, Casey's Clubhouse, formerly known as the Miracle League of the South Hills, has created opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to experience the joy of sports, friendship, acceptance, and belonging. What started with adaptive baseball has grown into something much bigger.
Today, Casey's Clubhouse serves more than 1,100 participants annually, welcoming families from over 75 ZIP codes and providing opportunities that extend well beyond the baseball diamond. And we're not slowing down.
As we prepare for a major expansion of our facility at Boyce Mayview Park in Upper St. Clair, we're also expanding the possibilities for our athletes and families. Our planned facility expansion includes a second adaptive baseball field, a dedicated sensory room, expanded space for our Next Inning workforce development program, additional training and programming areas, and new amenities designed to make our Clubhouse even more accessible and welcoming.

It's an ambitious vision for the future, and it's going to take an entire community to make it happen. That's why this year's Bash is so important.
We're not simply moving our fundraiser into a bigger building. We're building toward a bigger future for the athletes and families who call Casey's Clubhouse home.
And what better place to celebrate that growth than one of Pittsburgh's most recognizable venues?
From a Casino Night in 2011 to Pittsburgh's David L. Lawrence Convention Center
Every great event has a story.
Ours began in 2011 with a simple casino night fundraiser. It wasn't fancy. In fact, Sean Casey referred to many of the first bash events as a ham and egger party. But it brought together a group of people who believed in our mission and wanted to help create something special for children and adults with disabilities.

That casino night eventually evolved into the Miracle Bash, a name that would become synonymous with one of the South Hills' favorite annual fundraising celebrations. For the next 12 years, the Miracle Bash continued to grow, bringing together supporters, local businesses, volunteers, and families for a night dedicated to our athletes.
Then came 2017.
That year, we made a decision that would completely change the future of the event.
We ditched the paper-and-pencil silent auction and introduced online bidding. Before that transition, our annual fundraiser typically generated around $30,000.
In our first year using online auction technology, we raised an incredible $115,000!
It was a game changer. Suddenly, supporters could bid from their phones, follow their favorite items, and participate in the excitement of the auction without constantly returning to a table to check a piece of paper.
The technology helped transform our fundraiser, and the event continued growing. Over the years, we changed the name a few times, introduced new entertainment, welcomed new sponsors, and created new experiences. Most recently, supporters joined us for last year's Rock the Clubhouse celebration and we raised a record amount north of $300,000.!
Through it all, one thing remained the same. The people of Pittsburgh continued showing up for our athletes. And now, we've reached another milestone.
There simply isn't a fire hall in the South Hills big enough to hold us anymore!
So we're heading downtown. And we're bringing back the BASH!
A Whole New Experience at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center
If you've attended one of our previous fundraisers, you already know how much fun we like to have. But we promise you haven't experienced a Casey's Clubhouse fundraiser quite like this.
For the first time, Sean Casey's Clubhouse Bash will take place at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. This move allows us to welcome up to 1,000 guests while creating an entirely new experience for everyone who attends.
We're talking about an incredible lineup of entertainment, great food and drinks, exciting raffles, hundreds of silent auction items, and plenty of surprises throughout the evening.
Most importantly, we're creating an atmosphere that celebrates the athletes, families, volunteers, and supporters who make Casey's Clubhouse so special.
This isn't just a bigger version of our old fundraiser. We're reimagining the entire night.
And we can't wait for you to experience it!

An All-Star Pittsburgh Entertainment Lineup
Of course, a celebration this big needs some pretty incredible people to help us pull it off.
We've assembled an outstanding lineup of familiar faces who know how to entertain a Pittsburgh crowd.
Sean "The Mayor" Casey: Our Host and the Heart Behind the Clubhouse
You can't have Sean Casey's Clubhouse Bash without the Mayor himself! Former Major League Baseball All-Star Sean Casey has been the driving force behind our organization since the beginning. Known throughout baseball for his infectious personality, enthusiasm, and genuine love for people, Sean has helped turn a dream of creating an adaptive baseball field into a growing community where athletes of all abilities can thrive.
Whether he's sharing stories from his playing days, celebrating our athletes, or making everyone in the room feel like an old friend, Sean brings an energy that makes this event truly special.
And this year, the Mayor is ready to welcome Pittsburgh to our biggest Bash yet!

Bill Crawford: Bringing the Laughs
Get ready to laugh! Pittsburgh comedian Bill Crawford, formerly of the WDVE Morning Show, will join us for a special comedy performance. A familiar voice to Pittsburgh radio listeners and now with his hit Our Pittsburgh Podcast, Bill has entertained audiences throughout the region with his quick wit, relatable humor, and unmistakable Pittsburgh personality. We're thrilled to have him joining the celebration and bringing plenty of laughs to this year's Bash.

Kelly Dzanaj: Our Emcee for the Evening
Helping keep the party moving will be Kelly Dzanaj from Pittsburgh's 100.7 Star!
Kelly will serve as our official Emcee, guiding guests through the evening's entertainment, special moments, and celebrations. Her energy and personality will help make this an unforgettable night from beginning to end.

Radio Tokyo: Bringing the Party to Life
And when it's time to turn up the music, we're bringing in one of the region's favorite party bands! Radio Tokyo will take the stage as our featured musical guest, delivering the high-energy performance and crowd favorites that have made them a popular choice for celebrations throughout Pittsburgh. Get ready for great music, dancing, and a whole lot of fun!
With Sean Casey, Bill Crawford, Kelly Dzanaj, and Radio Tokyo all joining us, this is one Pittsburgh party you won't want to miss. And, you'll never know who else might just show up.

General Admission Tickets Are Just $97. And There's a Special Reason Why!
We wanted this year's ticket price to have a little meaning behind it. So we're throwing it back to a very special year in Sean Casey's baseball career.
1997!
On September 12, 1997, Sean made his Major League Baseball debut with the Cleveland Indians against the Chicago White Sox.
And what a debut it was!
In his very first Major League at-bat, Sean stepped to the plate as a ninth-inning pinch hitter and delivered a single to right field.
His first at-bat. His first Major League hit. A dream come true.
But for Sean, one of the most memorable parts of that moment wasn't just the hit itself.
It was looking into the stands and seeing his dad celebrating with the biggest double fist pump imaginable! Think about that for a second.
Years of practices, games, sacrifices, and believing in a dream, all leading to one incredible moment shared between a father and son. That's what makes this story so special to us.
Because at Casey's Clubhouse, we see those same celebrations every single season. A first hit. A first catch. A first trip around the bases. And somewhere in the stands, there's a parent, grandparent, sibling, or friend celebrating like their athlete just won the World Series. Those moments are priceless.
So, in honor of Sean's Major League debut in 1997, we're offering a special general admission ticket price of just $97 per person!
Come celebrate with us and help create more unforgettable moments for our athletes.
Want to Bring Your Company? Sponsor Tables Are Available!
One of the best ways to experience Sean Casey's Clubhouse Bash is to bring your entire team!
We're offering corporate sponsorship opportunities for businesses, organizations, and individuals who want to support our mission while enjoying an incredible night in downtown Pittsburgh.
Sponsor tables begin at $5,000, with additional sponsorship opportunities available for businesses looking to make an even greater impact.
A sponsor table is a great opportunity to entertain clients, recognize employees, celebrate with friends, or simply show your company's commitment to making Pittsburgh a more inclusive community.
Our goal is to welcome at least 25 sponsor tables to this year's event.
And with the move to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, we have the opportunity to welcome more businesses and supporters than ever before.
Your sponsorship does much more than reserve a table.
It helps provide opportunities for athletes with disabilities to play sports, develop friendships, build confidence, and experience a community where they truly belong.

A New Auction Experience! Say Hello to the Givi App
If you've attended our events over the past decade, you're probably familiar with Handbid, the mobile bidding platform that helped transform our silent auction back in 2017.
After nearly 10 years, we're making another big change!
For 2027, we're moving our entire auction experience to Givi, powered by Bloomerang Qgiv.
This transition brings our event registration, fundraising, and silent auction together through a new platform.
And we want all of our longtime supporters to know about the change before the big night.
Handbid will no longer be used for Sean Casey's Clubhouse Bash.
Instead, we're encouraging everyone to download the Givi app, where you can register for the event, purchase tickets, and participate in our silent auction.
We're planning to feature more than 200 silent auction items, with something for just about everyone.
Sports memorabilia, unique experiences, entertainment packages, travel opportunities, collectibles, and plenty of surprises are all part of the fun.
And we're just getting started!

Pearl Jam Fans, We've Already Got Something Special!
Although we're still building this year's auction lineup, one incredible item is already generating excitement.
An autographed Fender guitar signed by Pearl Jam!
This is no ordinary piece of music memorabilia.
The guitar is one of just 12 signed by the band during its final set of guitars autographed with longtime drummer Matt Cameron.
And there's a special story behind it.
Last year, Eddie Vedder personally provided Casey's Clubhouse with one of these guitars for our auction. After learning how successful it was in supporting our athletes, Eddie held onto another one for us! Now, we're excited to offer the second of those 12 incredible guitars.
It's a remarkable collectible for Pearl Jam fans and music memorabilia enthusiasts, and just one example of the unique items you'll find in this year's auction.

Can't Attend the Bash? You Can Still Bid!
Here's one of our favorite things about online bidding.
You don't have to attend the party to participate in the silent auction!
Supporters from Pittsburgh, across Pennsylvania, and throughout the country can register for a virtual bidder ticket and join the fun from anywhere.
Simply visit our event website, register as a virtual bidder, and start exploring the auction as items become available.
If you win an item, we can arrange to ship it to you anywhere in the country. That means you can support Casey's Clubhouse even if you can't make it to Pittsburgh on February 20.
Of course, we'd love to see you in person, but we're grateful for everyone who participates, whether you're celebrating at the Convention Center or bidding from your couch!
More Than a Fundraiser. It's About Our Athletes.
It's easy to get caught up in the excitement of a big event.
The entertainment. The music. The auction. The new venue. And believe us, we're excited about all of it! But the real reason we gather every year has never changed.
Our athletes.
At Casey's Clubhouse, we believe that every individual deserves opportunities to experience the joy of sports, the pride of accomplishment, and the feeling of belonging to something special. For some athletes, that means stepping onto a baseball field for the very first time. For others, it means developing new friendships, participating in our Strength Team, traveling with teammates, or gaining valuable employment experience through our Next Inning program. And for families, it means finding a community that celebrates their children for exactly who they are.
That's the Casey Way.
Our values of Character, Attitude, Selflessness, Enthusiasm, and Yourself guide everything we do. That last one, Yourself, is especially important.
We want every athlete and every family to know that when they come to Casey's Clubhouse, they don't have to change who they are to fit in.
They belong exactly as they are.
Every ticket purchased, every sponsorship secured, and every auction bid helps us continue building that community.
And as we prepare to expand our facility and programs, your support has never been more important.
Pittsburgh, Are You Ready? The Bash Is Back!
From a small casino night in 2011 to a celebration welcoming up to 1,000 guests at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, we've come a long way.
We've changed venues.
We've changed names.
We've introduced new technology.
And we've grown beyond anything we could have imagined when this journey began.
But one thing has never changed.
Our belief that every athlete deserves a chance to shine.
As we enter this exciting Season of Growth, we're inviting the entire Pittsburgh community to be part of what's next.
Whether you've been attending our fundraiser since the early Miracle Bash days or you're discovering Casey's Clubhouse for the first time, we promise an incredible evening that celebrates where we've been and where we're going.
The fire halls were great to us. But Pittsburgh, it's time to go BIG!
