At Casey's Clubhouse, we offer two unique divisions to ensure every player gets a chance to thrive. Our Minor League is for players who benefit from full support and guidance to enjoy the game to the fullest, with coaches and MVPs helping every step of the way.
Our Major League is tailored for players ready to develop advanced skills and experience a faster-paced game while still embracing the fun and inclusive spirit of our program. Whether you're guiding a Minor League player’s first hit or helping a Major League player refine their swing, you’ll be making memories and impacting lives every step of the way.

Coaching with Casey's Clubhouse is a rewarding way to make a lasting impact. As a coach, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe, positive, and fun experience for every player while fostering teamwork and growth.
Here’s what you’ll do:

Be the heart of your team, responsible for all aspects, including communication with parents, players, and buddies.

Attend games during the season* and assign buddies to players or game-day roles.

Oversee everything happening on the field to ensure a smooth and enjoyable game.

Work with the coaching staff to coordinate team activities and keep players and families informed.

Ensure each player receives their uniform and has the chance to develop new skills.

Submit team line-ups to the umpire and announcer before games.

Keep the team spirit high and pitch during games to keep the action moving.

Share any player concerns with League officials for support and guidance.
All coaches must pass a criminal background and child abuse clearance.
*While we understand life happens (trips, weddings, or family emergencies), we ask for your full commitment to your team and that any absences are only when absolutely necessary. The players depend on you—and you’ll find this experience to be as rewarding for you as it is for them!
