• 20 athletes total

  • 10 Minor League athletes

  • 10 Major League athletes

 

What's Included with Your Registration

Casey's Clubhouse will provide:

• Four nights of hotel accommodations in South Florida (one room sleeps up to four people)

• Complete tournament planning, organization, and event logistics

• An adaptive surfing experience, manatee viewing (or a similar adaptive beach experience)

• A tournament-wide dinner and celebration with all participating teams

• A custom team uniform including:

  • Jersey

  • Hat

  • Shorts

• Official Team Combine T-shirt

• Commemorative team trading pin to exchange with athletes from other teams

• Spring Training game tickets for the participant and their immediate family at Roger Dean Stadium, home of the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals Spring Training

• Select meals during the trip

• Assistance coordinating carpools, flights, and other travel options to help families save on transportation

 

Family Responsibilities

Families are responsible for:

• A $500 non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration to reserve your athlete's spot

• Travel from Pittsburgh to Palm Beach, with travel confirmation submitted by Dec 31

• Transportation while in Florida (rental car, rideshare, etc.)

• Meals not included as part of the official itinerary

Thursday

• Travel to Palm Beach

• Beach time and family arrivals throughout the day

Friday

• Spring Training game at Roger Dean Stadium

• Team Combine following the game

Saturday

• Baseball tournament

• Awards banquet and celebration

Sunday

• Adaptive surfing experience

• Manatee watch, beach time, and other local activities

Monday

• Travel home
