• Whether it's a first hit or refining a swing — you’ll create unforgettable moments

What You'll Do

• Lead your team and communicate with players, parents, and MVP buddies

• Attend games and support player-buddy pairings

• Oversee gameplay to keep things safe, smooth, and fun

• Coordinate team communication and activities

• Ensure players receive uniforms and opportunities to grow

• Submit lineups and help pitch to keep the game moving

• Share any player concerns with league staff for support

Requirements

• Enthusiasm, patience, and commitment to the players

• Consistent attendance (life happens — but we count on you!)

• Commit 1-2 hours per week for the season
