We are thrilled to partner with the Innovation Shop at Baldwin High School to expand our Next Inning program beyond the baseball field and into new learning environments. The Innovation Shop operates on a collaborative model, pairing students with and without disabilities in an inclusive, real-world employment setting. This partnership not only aligns with our mission of fostering independence and skill development but also provides a meaningful extension of our job training program—allowing employees to gain hands-on experience in a structured, supportive classroom setting.

Through this initiative, students at the Innovation Shop will have the opportunity to design, craft, and assemble the items you purchase, building confidence and valuable workplace skills along the way. Every purchase from the Casey’s Clubhouse online store directly supports our programs while creating paid job opportunities for these hardworking students.
